Inquiry
We'll jump on a call, get to know each other, and discuss exactly what you’re looking for. Once we decide to work together, hav creative will mark out milestones on the calendar and send you a list of everything we need from you to get started.

Discovery
Next, we will schedule a Discovery Call. We will discuss brand messaging, brand personality, goals, competitors and target audience.
You will provide us with your website’s content (text, images, videos, product info, etc...). We will take this information and create 2-3 brand directions / mood boards.

Initial Buildout
We’ll build a first draft of your site using everything that you’ve provided us with based on the mood board of your choosing. We will keep you updated along the way and will periodically send you pages to review.

Review & Feedback
You review the first draft and let us know what you would like changed. Typically each package includes 2 rounds of revisions.

Final Draft
We make all the requested changes, finalize the site and get ready for launch.

Tutorial & Signing Off
Once you’re happy, we’ll connect your domain name and launch your new site. We will then set up a 1 hour lesson tutorial on how to use and update your site.
*VIP website package compresses and eliminates some of these steps. We can customize any package for your needs.

Yes.
Domain name. You’ll need to purchase a domain name if you don’t already own one for your business (I recommend using Squarespace ~$20).
Website hosting. You will need to purchase a Squarespace hosting plan (~$25/mo).
Stock images. Some stock imagery is free, but not always. If you want custom imagery on your website, you’ll need to source them and purchase them separately.

A domain name is the address of your website: https://yourbusinessname.com. You do not need a domain before you start a web project – I can help you choose one and set it up through Squarespace.
