Hi, I’m Kara

I’m an Art Director and Designer based in Whitefish, MT, and the founder of Hav Creative.

My work is rooted in simplicity, thoughtful systems, and turning ideas into clear, impactful visual solutions.

My happy place is in the mountains, hiking or snowboarding. You can usually find me outside with my dog, on a camper trip with my husband, or on my yoga mat.

My Values

This is the stuff I live by, and what I bring to all of my projects.

  • Time outside keeps me clear and grounded. It’s where I reset, think better, and come back to my work with perspective.

  • Yoga, walking, stretching, slowing down. Movement helps me stay present and focused, both creatively and personally.

  • Clear systems, fewer distractions, and design that does what it needs to do. Nothing extra.
